Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is based on the approach that thoughts, feelings, what we do and how our body feels are all connected. If we change one of these we can alter the others. Hypnotherapy is the therapy of imaginative suggestion, or words that are used to stimulate the conscious imagination profoundly enough to bring about genuine therapeutic change. Session prices start at £80 per hour with discounts for block bookings of 4 sessions.

I understand the stresses that you may be facing with exams, friendships, relationships with family members and peer pressure. Together we can problem solve, talk through solutions and using different techniques,you can learn how to relax and approach life in a way that serves you better. More calm. More confident. More relaxed.
Group Sessions
Getting together in a group can be a more cost-effective way of working on certain issues. Group sessions for stress reduction, applied Mindfulness, relaxation techniques and confidence building are available.
This autumn I will be running a 6 week block of exploring the benefits of Mindfulness in family life. Group sessions cost £10-20 per session.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a simple idea – it’s about being fully present and aware of your emotions, physical sensations and everything that’s going on around you. Mindfulness has significant and wide-ranging health benefits, especially if you’re dealing with stress and anxiety.
Many people have heard about Mindfulness but are unsure how to integrate it into their day-to-day life. This is something I specialise in. A qualified Mindfulness teacher I have experience establishing Mindfulness into schools and education settings, working with individuals to establish their own mindfulness routines in their everyday life. Workshops
Tailor-made workplace workshops are available for a range of areas such as stress reduction, confidence building, mindfulness in leadership, mindfulness for teachers. Workshops in the workplace are aimed at supporting employees in areas which have been identified as requiring development.
Workplace workshops start with a consultation with the lead person involved. This lasts round about an hour and we will discuss exactly what areas you feel require support. I will put together an outline of the workshop, which can be a minimum or two hours or a maximum of five, for up to ca 50 people (depending on what is required). We will also fix the price at this point. As a guide my hourly rate is £80.
Coaching
“Coaching is releasing a person’s potential to maximise their own performance, helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” (John Whitmore, Coaching for Performance). My job is to ask you those questions which get to the heart of what’s happening and what’s stopping you from being where you want to be.
I offer both online and face-to-face coaching sessions, both of which can have a hugely positive impact on your life, helping you to see things from different perspectives and gain clarity and focus when you’re stuck, or when you feel like you’re going round in circles. By listening to you, really listening, and perhaps gently challenging some of your thoughts and answers, I help you work out what you need to do next.
