My Story

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to help other people. Although my first degree was in Business Management, it was the human relations side that fascinated me most about business. Which is probably why I eventually left the world of finance and trained to become a teacher. After many years in the classroom I became a Deputy Head where I found that coaching and supporting other teachers, supporting parents, as well as working 1:1 with pupils who needed extra support was what I was best at and what I enjoyed the most. It was an easy decision to train to become a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness teacher in order to hone these skills.

My job now is about finding ways to help to find a path through whatever it is that is holding you back from living your best life.

We have all been there. The feeling that something’s holding us back. Maybe it’s an anxiety or a phobia that doesn’t seem rational at one level but is nevertheless very real. Sometimes it’s a nagging sense that things could be different somehow but you’re not sure how. Perhaps it’s a dysfunctional relationship with sugar, alcohol, nicotine or some other substance that you know needs to be addressed but there doesn’t seem to be anything “out there” to help. Using techniques like Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Targeted Hypnotherapy we can work together to make the changes you need to make. Life doesn't have to be a struggle!
