Who am I and how can I help YOU?
For as long as I can remember, I have been motivated to help other people. Although I started out in the business world, I was eventually drawn to teaching. After many years in the classroom and in school leadership and teacher training, I have found through coaching and mentoring, whether teachers, parents, pupils or students, that everyone needs to feel that someone has their interests front and centre. This is what I was always best at and what I enjoyed the most. It was an easy decision to train to become a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness coach.
My job now is about finding ways to help to find a path through whatever it is that is holding you back from living your best life.
Life can feel very scary at times. Whether you are starting out at the beginning of your career, or you are busy parenting teenagers while caring for aging parents, or are heading towards retirement and not sure what lies ahead, there are many reasons to feel anxious and maybe even stuck.
It may be a nagging sense that things could be different somehow, but you’re not sure how. Perhaps you have slipped into an unhelpful relationship with food or alcohol or something else that seems to help in the moment but leaves you feeling empty not long after.
Using techniques like Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Targeted Hypnotherapy we can work together to make the changes you need to make. Life doesn't have to be a struggle! I want you to feel free to live the life you really want.
Let's take the journey together!
